Sometimes its fun to do a sketch of unusual material. This is the meat market in Dali, Yunnan Province, China. It is in the quick sketch mode, but I didn't stick with limited strokes. I'm guessing this is pork, but I don't know for sure. Pork is a big meat item where we were in China.
