Mt. Adams from Yakima

Mt. Adams is the 2nd highest mountain in Washington State and is a massive volcano. It has never received the same attention as Mt. Rainier and Mt. St. Helens.

I painted Mt. Adams from a "street view" during our "virtual paint-out" along the Yakima River Canyon south of Ellensburg, WA. The mountain can be seen just south of the canyon at the interchange with I-5.
