Adams Park
"Adams Park", 8 x 10 In, Oil on Museum Board
This is yet another painting from the Winslow Art Center Paintout on Bainbridge Island last September. Adams Park is a small stretch of land on Eagle Harbor between the slough of the harbor and a busy road. More than an actual memory, this painting tells me how beautiful it was there at low tide. I found a touching story about Adams Park that I'd like to share:
Man died taking care of the park he loved.
