When I was actually there along the Touchet River I did a smaller version of this painting, but the group was on the move and I wanted to go to the new location, so it was a very quick study. This is my interpretation of that study.

What a beautiful sky! Love the golds with the aquas! This reminded me of Daryl Hill's skies.
