Zangle Rainy Day

"Zangle Rainy Day", 16 x 12 In, Oil on Raymar Panel
It is actually sunny today in the Northwest--the first two days of solid sun for many days. So this painting was done last week when it was still raining--I am a little behind on my postings! You know that I paint this beautiful scene over and over, but this land of green is a challenge.

Purchase this unframed painting for $350.
Contact me if you would like to purchase a plein air frame.

  1. I just love your palette and brushwork. The two things that really "make" a painter to my view. Your paintings are truly unique and all have your style signature on it. I love the variety of greens on this one and the abstract quality of it. Thanks for sharing, always a pleasure to look at.

  2. Valerie--that you for your comment! Both the palette and the brushwork on ongoing endeavors--definitely aspects of painting that interest me a great deal!
