4/2/10 "Roses and Apples", 12" x 12", Oil
When I'm setting up a still life, I often pile up the rejected objects on the side of the table. This still life is from that side of the table. I liked it and I couldn't have arranged it purposefully. My goal with this painting was to just make it kind of loose--with merging edges and colors. One benefit of doing daily paintings is that after a while, I get so tired I stop worrying so much how the paintings are turning out!
